Cancellation Policy
You will be notified to confirm your appointment in advance to your scheduled service. In the event of an unconfirmed appointment Sydney Porter will contact you to confirm date/time. If you are unreachable 48 hours prior to your appointment, it will be subject to cancellation. If you need to cancel your confirmed appointment please allow 25 hrs notice. Appointments cancelled or missed with less than 24 hour notice are subject to non refundable rebooking fee equal to 50% or if you no show 100% of the amount of the missed service fee.
